Your FAQs

How would you describe your photography/editing style?

We understand that wedding pictures are something that you want to look at for a very long time. Our goal is to deliver images with natural colours, but a bit of a filmy nostalgic feel to them so that they can remain timeless. We try to avoid trendy edits that might not age well over time. While we strive to achieve a consistent style so that you can know what to expect when you hire us, we spend several hours editing all images shot ourselves to ensure we maximize every image detail to best suit your skin tones, environment, and outfits. This helps us ensure you get the best possible results.

How do you ensure my images will not be lost?

We take this VERY seriously and this is where Samer’s full on engineering nerd-mode comes in handy. We start with professional grade/weather sealed full-frame cameras and couple those with professional grade memory cards (a lot of them!). Our cameras utilize dual SD cards, which means that every image we capture is written simultaneously to two different memory cards. This helps protect against cases of memory card corruption. As rare as it may be, we understand that we only have one shot at capturing your wedding. We also shoot every image in two different formats. That effectively means that every captured image of your wedding has FOUR different copies! As soon as we leave your event, we fully backup one copy of the SD cards into a portable shock-proof SSD device, which creates a third copy of your images. When we arrive at our office, we import your images into another hard drive, which creates a fourth copy. We ensure we keep one of the two original camera SD cards away from the office in case of fire/theft. Once images are edited, they are uploaded to a cloud service, which creates a fifth copy of the images to be delivered. We ensure one of the copies remains outside of our property until ALL edited images are delivered digitally to you. Additionally, we ensure having another full frame camera as a backup, as well as several spare on/off camera flashes/strobes. In all, we account for camera/equipment failure, memory card corruption, theft/fire, and most other things in between.

How would you describe your working style?

The most common feedback we receive following an event is that our clients’ family and friends complimented our professionalism, passion for photography, and how Samer and I work as a team. We do our best to stay out of the way to let you be candid during important moments of your day, such as during the ceremony, first looks, and intimate interactions, yet, we are there to guide you through some amazing “candid-looking” posed photos at times where we simply want to bring out your best features and most flattering angles. Because we work together while shooting and editing photos, we have developed a chemistry to know how to capture your images from different angles without getting in the way of each other's photos, while having the final edited images in mind to ensure we capture everything we want to deliver. This gives you the diversity that a single photographer simply cannot provide, as well as the creativity and chemistry that typical second shooters cannot offer.

How far are you willing to travel for my event?

While we mainly focus on Windsor and Essex Country, we have travelled as far as Toronto to capture a wedding. We can discuss availability and travel expenses when we chat.

Do you have any wedding and engagement combo packages?

Yes! While we don’t believe in upselling you on preset “photo packages” because we feel that every wedding and couple’s needs are different, we do provide wedding/engagement combos and discounts based on the length of your event.

What is your pricing and what is included in your packages?

ALL edited images are delivered digitally to you in full resolution. In addition to the full gallery of images delivered, we can also create an optional FREE app that allows you to view and share with your family and friends with up to 100 of your favorite photos from the photo shoot/event. As much as we love our logo and some free advertising, we believe that your photos look best without it, so all images you receive will not have our logos anywhere on the images. For more info about our pricing, visit our pricing page or contact us for more details.
